Villa Mathis Storytelling
The Villa Mathis is a majestic family home, fully air-conditioned, named after the owner’s son. Boasting a 800m² land of southern exposure with four spacious bedrooms, it is located in Antibes in a private road just five minutes away from the charming old town and its marina. It is nestled in the middle of a small housing estate of villas, 1km from the sea. At the heart of all the must-sees, you will find yourself in a welcoming and rejuvenating holiday, both indoors and in the private garden.
This property was renovated in 2018 in a contemporary style, with subtle and elegant Balinese influences. Each room has been carefully rethought and designed. From the large garden to the wide range of amenities, discover what makes the Villa Mathis so unique. It is fully fenced to give you a feeling of security and calmness. The atmosphere is peaceful, with rooftop terraces adjoining the rooms, where to sunbathe in peace. The garden has a large swimming pool surrounded by grass and minimalist vegetation ; a large wooden pergola equipped with a summer kitchen, a barbecue/plancha and various living spaces.

The Bedrooms
Upon arrival, pick any of our charming accommodations with contemporary interior design. The Villa Mathis has two double bedrooms as well as a twin bedroom and another with two bunk beds. A baby cot is available.
Master Double Bedroom
The master bedroom of the villa is located on the first level, overlooking the living room, dining room and gym. Equipped with a queen size bed (160x200cm), a flat screen TV and an adjoining bathroom with a spacious shower, a double sink and a toilet.
Double Bedroom
On the top floor, this double bedroom overlooking an 18m² rooftop with southern exposure, is equipped with a queen size bed (160x200cm). On the same floor is a bathroom with shower, 2 basins and a toilet, as well as another bedroom.
Twin Bedroom
This second bedroom on the top floor is equipped with 2 single beds (90x190cm). It overlooks a small solarium of 6 m² on the rooftop. Next to it is available a bathroom with shower, a double sink and a toilet, as well as another double bedroom.
Bunk Bedroom
This ground floor kids bedroom has two bunk beds (90x180cm), located on the same level as the jacuzzi and the garden. In front of the room, a bathroom is available with shower, sink and toilet.
The Bathrooms
All bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a sink (single or double) and the necessary storage space for your toiletries.
